All of our classes are drop-In style: $15 each.  Or you can buy a 10-pk for $120.  Each class listed also has a fitness level recommendation.  No contracts, monthly fees or initiation costs.

 

MONDAYS:

7:00pm – Therapeutic Stretch – All Levels. Taught by David Chaffee.

This 60-minute evening class is designed to improve flexibility, posture and recovery time through dynamic and static stretching, foam rollers and bands.  This class is suitable to any and all fitness levels.  Give Therapeutic Stretch & Recovery a try and immediately feel your aches and pains diminish.

 

TUESDAYS:

7:00pm – Zumba Fitness – All Levels.  Taught by Melissa Severeid.

Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness class.  Come participate in this high energy fitness session, get your heart rate up and work out to great energetic music.  Perfect for anyone interested in trying out this new and fun dance routine class.

 

WEDNESDAYS:

7:00pm – Cardio Blast – Level = Intermediate/Advanced. Taught by Jennifer Bellenger.

This intense 60-minute total body class is designed to raise your heart rate and make you sweat.  Muscle-firming strength movements are paired with cardio exercises to create the perfect aerobic circuit.  This fast-paced, high energy (and fun!) class will increase your cardiovascular endurance and burn serious calories.

 

THURSDAYS:

8:00am – Therapeutic Stretch – All Levels. Taught by Byron Spratt.

This 60-minute class is designed to improve flexibility, posture and recovery time through dynamic and static stretching, foam rollers and bands.  This class is suitable to any and all fitness levels.  Give Therapeutic Stretch & Recovery a try and immediately feel your aches and pains diminish.

5:30pm – Pregnancy Fitness – For Non-High Risk Pregnancies. Taught by Jacquie Forester.

This class is for women in all three trimesters of pregnancy.  The intensity level will be moderate and each class session will include pelvic stability work, cardio and bodyweight exercises, balance and stretching. This class is not for high risk pregnancies.  Women who exercise through pregnancy have reduced complications (such as gestational diabetes and fatigue), an improved sense of well being, shorter labor, and a speedier recovery after delivery.  On average an active pregnant woman gains around 8 pounds less that a sedentary one.

SATURDAYS:

8:00am – Functional Movement.  Level = Advanced. Taught by Gifford Kira.

Combining body weight exercises and incorporating tools such as kettle bells, medicine balls and standard equipment.  Routines are random and varied but performed at high intensity.  Best used as a cross-training tool for other sports and sports level abilities.  This class requires at least 2 individual sessions with the instructor prior to taking class, to learn proper mechanics.

9:00am – Weekend Warrior – Level = All.  Taught by Alex Spratt

Work WITH other participants to accomplish common goals and AGAINST other participants to challenge and push yourself.  Learn new exercises and make new friends.  No need to bring your own partner, we will mix and match-up once you are here.  Something fun, and something new!

11:00am – Gentle Yoga – All Levels. Taught by Sheryl Cook.

This is a slower paced yoga that will soothe and relax like nothing else.  This 60 minute class moves slowly through the poses, so you can soak in and reap the full benefits of each posture.  Gentle Yoga will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way.  A truly amazing and healing class.  Breathe, relax, let go, and ENJOY!
