Drop In Classes

All of our classes are drop-In style: $10 each and no reservations are needed.    Each class listed has a fitness level recommendation and unique specialization.  They range from Therapeutic Stretching and Recovery to Circuit Cardio and All-Around Fitness offerings.  No initiation fees or hidden costs.  Just pick a class and drop in.  The best way to experience our style is by taking one of our classes.

And we change our class schedule for every 3 months, to ensure we are continuing to offer the best variety of services to our clients.

MONDAYS:

12:00pm – Camp Cardio – All Levels = Taught by Alex Spratt.

Start the week off with our 60-min drop in class all about getting your heart rate up and burning those weekend calories.  Go at your own level while you perform a variety of exercises and routines all set to a different theme of music each week.

6:00pm – Therapeutic Stretch – All Levels = Taught by David Chaffee.

This 60-minute evening class is designed to improve flexibility, posture and recovery time through dynamic and static stretching, foam rollers and bands.  This class is suitable to any and all fitness levels.  Give Therapeutic Stretch & Recovery a try and immediately feel your aches and pains diminish.

 

WEDNESDAYS:

12:00pm – Hump Day Total – All Levels = Taught by Alex Spratt.

Mid week 60-min drop in class all about getting your body moving.  Go at your own level while you perform a variety of exercises and routines each week.

6:00pm – Cardio Blast – All Levels = Taught by Greenasium Fitness.

This intense 60-minute total body class is designed to raise your heart rate and make you sweat.  Taught in a circuit style, with stations on timed intervals.  Muscle-firming strength movements are paired with cardio exercises to create the perfect aerobic circuit.  This fast-paced, high energy (and fun!) class will increase your cardiovascular endurance and burn serious calories.

 

THURSDAYS:

7:00pm – All Around Fitness – All Levels = Taught by Alex Spratt.

This 60-minute total body class is designed to work your entire body.  Muscle-firming strength movements are paired with cardio exercises to create the perfect aerobic mix.  This amazing class will help you strengthen and tone your entire body.  Get the work done.


 FRIDAYS:

7:00am – End of Week Mix Tape – All Levels = Taught by Alex Spratt.

The last day before the weekend.  Git in here.  Enough said.

 

SATURDAYS:

8:00am – Functional Movement – Advanced Level = Taught by Gifford Kira.

Combining body weight exercises and incorporating tools such as kettle bells, medicine balls and standard equipment.  Routines are random and varied but performed at high intensity.  Best used as a cross-training tool for other sports and sports level abilities.  This class requires at least 2 individual sessions with the instructor prior to taking class, to learn proper mechanics.

9:00am – Weekend Warrior – All Levels = Taught by Alex Spratt.

Work WITH other participants to accomplish common goals and AGAINST other participants to challenge and push yourself.  Learn new exercises and make new friends.  No need to bring your own partner, we will mix and match-up once you are here.  Something fun, and something new!
