Our team of professional Personal Trainers will work with you to create a customized fitness plan to achieve your goals. We start with a Fitness Evaluation to identify your strengths and weaknesses, injuries, problem areas and potential roadblocks. Then we begin the journey of transforming your weaknesses into strengths, and strengthen your strong points. We work to match you up with the trainer who best fits your style of motivation, personality and schedule. Our trainers and instructors will guide you each step of the way with the right mix of motivation, accountability and fitness awareness. You will learn new concepts, different movements and fresh perspectives to fitness. At your request, you may be assigned “Homework”: pre-designed workouts to be completed on your own, inside the Greenasium Fitness studio or outside on your own schedule. At pre-determined stages, we re-evaluate to ensure you are on the right path, set new goals and reestablish new baselines or levels, then chart an updated course. Whatever your needs, we will work to ensure optimal fitness is met.
We recommend our 8-pack of individual sessions. This really stands out in that you receive 1-on-1 instruction, complimentary drop-in specialty classes and access to the studio for self-guided workout routines. All the doors are open to help you reach your goals.
Our individual sessions can be purchased one at a time, 4-pack, 8-pack or 16-pack. The more you buy, the less per session they become.
